Our SNAPSHOT-Physical Activity presentation will take participants on a journey to get the most out of physical activity in a way they can enjoy and sustain. Or purpose is to “Make every day better”. This presentation discusses the benefits of daily exercise, the challenge that busy schedules, family life and office-based work can pose to establishing a healthy routine.
