What has made Ethos Health the the business it is today?

"I would have to say that this has come down to two things over the years: 1) people and 2) purpose.

We have always and still have a great team of health and safety professionals who work together towards a common purpose, to make every day better. Each team member has a role, each a responsibility, each a position in the business. Combined we create and deliver solutions to optimise the health and safety of people and organisations in pursuit of our vision (To be recognised for transformational change in health & safety). This is all built on a solid foundations of company values that we hold each other accountable.”

Since 2009

History

Ethos Health was formed in 2009 as a result of a merger between Physio At Work and Clued on Food, two locally owned and based allied health business with a history of collaboration in delivering allied health services to workplace health and safety clients and a shared vision of providing better care to members of our community through innovation, clinical expertise and strategic alliances with the medical profession.

In 2019 Ethos Health joined forces with Prima Health Solutions (Prima) to help expand Ethos Health's demonstrated excellence and expertise in chronic disease management, as well as, workplace health and safety products across Australia and New Zealand.

Dr Trent Watson - CEO & Fatigue Consultant

DR TRENT WATSON

CEO
Trent is CEO and a principal consultant . Trent completed his undergraduate studies and PhD in nutrition and dietetics at the University of Newcastle, and has continued his research interests in workplace health, with a special interest in obesity, obesity-related lifestyle disease, and fatigue.

PhD, BHSc (N&D), Cert IV WHS, Cert IV TAE
Chris Morton - Newcastle Physiotherapist

CHRIS MORTON

Operations Manager 
With more than a decade as a clinical physiotherapist, Chris Morton manages the operations of the three divisions at Ethos Health. His other major role and passion is leading major projects within the business, as well as, external projects on behalf of our health and industry clients.

Andrew Knight 

Chief Technology Officer 
Andrew has over 30 years’ experience in the fields of Information Technology, Sales, Marketing and Management. He has a focus on developing innovative new products that have clear benefits for individuals and the wider society. Andrew has been an open-source software advocate and has promoted rapid iteration, consumer driven software development since the 1990’s.
