What We Offer

Our Wickham Clinic serves as our base, and we offer workplace services to various industry sectors. This provides you with a diverse work experience, opportunities to develop skills outside of the clinic, and the chance to work in different locations.

We provide all new staff with appropriate mentoring from our leadership team. For new graduates, this includes a structured, long-term approach to developing experienced clinicians.

To ensure clinicians maintain professional registration, we offer support for a range of internal and external, formal and informal continued professional development activities.

We understand that life has many demands. At Ethos Health we offer flexible work schedules so you can maintain a healthy work life balance.

We offer all our employee’s annual allowances for treatments, classes and merchandise. We also have discounted treatment rates for family members.

At Ethos Health, we strive to drive innovation across all areas of our organisation. We believe in fostering an environment where creativity and forward-thinking thrive. Whether it’s exploring new technologies, improving patient care, or advancing health and safety initiatives, we’re always excited to support our team in shaping the future of healthcare.
