Exercising, the beach and sport.

Love country music.

Anything unusual about your childhood?

All pretty stock standard sorry

What makes you smile?

The Wallabies winning.

What keeps you awake at night?

Nothing, I sleep like a rock. An overseas sports match might get me out of bed though….

What do you do to stay healthy?

Exercise daily and eat a mostly healthy diet.

Any health tips?

Move more, especially in the morning (get up early!).

Would you share a recipe?

My Portuguese chicken is famous over the world over.
