Then look no further, you’ve got to try building your own poke bowl. Perfect for a group meal with a big plate of toppings or a simple meal prep idea. All you need to do is cook some rice or rice noodles, cook a protein or use a precooked protein, wash and chop your veggies. Then pick your flavour and create.

- Cucumber, carrot, bean sprout

- Lime, chilli, fresh herbs

- Satay sauce, 2 tbs of peanut butter, 1 tbs of soy sauce, 2 cloves of garlic. 1/2 tbs of honey or chutney, 1 cup of hot water
