PROJECT OVERVIEW:
Ethos Health have partnered with NCIG since 2010. During this time NCIG has offered regular health programs in the belief that a healthy and happy workforce is safer and more productive. The commitment and the engagement by the workforce is a demonstration that this is highly valued with no less than 97% of employees participating in their latest program in 2020. NCIG have utilised Ethos Health Snapshot Health Check biannually. The aggregated data from the Snapshot Health Check and health screening have at each occasion highlighted patterns in the health status of their workforce. Using the check in this way has enabled them to organise their health and wellbeing offering and ensured it remains relevant and engaging.
Newcastle Port
The results from the biannual health screening have highlighted a progressive eight and a half percent improvement (68/100 in 2011 to 76.5/100 in 2019) in the overall aggregated Health Score. The Health Score tangibly measures the factors that determine health (Smoking, Nutrition, Alcohol, Physical Activity, Function & Pain, Stress, Obesity, Tiredness)
